Hi Doug,
You have not install latest freeblox packages, Please follow the below steps to load freeblox
Download Freeblox.tar file from the path http://www.allo.com/sbc.html
Extract the archive freeblox.tar file, using following command
tar xf [download_path]/freeblox.tar
copy the freeblox-x.xx.xx.x86_64.rpm file to the blox machine
Upgrade the currently installed freeblox package to the latest one using the command " rpm -Uvh freeblox-x.xx.xx.x86_64.rpm
"Reboot the system once the up-gradation gets completed

Hello Josh, Yes we got the config backup but we didnt get the opensips.log (/var/log/opensips.log) We don't have any limitation, but we find that during opensips process restart it takes longer time based on number of profile and failed to make the opensips up.
Please send us the log file.
Try the following meanwhile and let us know After SIP profile configuration and "apply changes" try rebooting the system once and verify edited by bloxsupport1 on 7/25/2017 |

I guess you have upgraded the kernel
here is the info for other folks to resolve the issue if you have upgraded, since the module is pre-compiled for kernel 2.6.32-358.el6.x86_64 we can't grantee it works always for updated kernel but still a workaround is here
$ mkdir -p /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/update/; cp -av /lib/modules/2.6.32-358.el6.x86_64/updates/xt_RTPENGINE.ko /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/updates/ ; depmod -a edited by bloxsupport1 on 8/7/2017 |

We use rtpengine, currently the behavior is same as you mentioned, kindly update to the latest version and try.

We have restored your configuration and found some configuration issue in creating Trunk Trunk domain should be Server IP as you have configured to WAN IP In Inbound configuration, inbound domain should be PBX IP as you have configured to LAN IP. Please let us know if the issue persists. you can also contact us through skype at "blox.support" for online support

Blox ISO is based on the centos 6.4, it shouldn't have any problem in installing. data storage will be in /var
Blox generate CDRs, you can access the CDRs by using the command "mysql --user=opensips --password=opensipsrw opensips_1_11" and can check in the acc table.

No need to change the port number again you can run the command "service rtpengine restart" currently you can do as a workaround, will fix it in next update

To take capture, login into the GUI and goto the tools-->Diagnostics-->Packet Capture Select the Interface as ANY and give the Internal and external ports used, select the timeout for some 90 sec and click on RUN, Then make a call and hangup and stop the capture and download it and send to us.

I have 1 WAN and 1 LAN interface. I created one WAN SIP profile, a LAN profile and attached them to a SIP trunk.
Inbound calls will be routed to my PBX, so this part is fine. It's just about the outbound calls, which won't be assigned to the SIP trunk domain (I believe), as my PBX sends appends the request URI (and "To" destination URI) with an "user=phone" parameter. It looks like, this will blox not find it's destination domain.

Can you send us the complete packet capture?
$ tcpdump -i any -s0 -w call_capture.pcap
note: after call complete press ctrl+c to stop the trace
You can upload the call_capture.pcap (gdrive) and also upload the backup configuration of the blox, goto Tools-->Administration, click on Config Back-up.
