Check that your firewall is not blocking rtp port range you configured in the blox.

Hello Digvijay,
You can use either NOTIFY or OPTIONS method for keep alive. The interval for keep alive you can configure according to your configurations. Keep alive from URI you can use default from URI which will be [email protected] or you can configure any other URI. |

Firmware Upgrade through GUI
- Download the latest Blox-update-x.x.x-beta-64.tgz from the path http://blox.org/downloads (DOWNLOAD TO UPGRADE BLOX x.xx.xx BETA HERE)
- Login to the Freeblox GUI and navigate to the path System --> Package Upgrade
- Browse and select the downloaded Blox-Update-x.xx.xx-beta-64.tgz file and click on the upgrade button
- It might take sometime, then it will start upgrading. System will reboot once the upgradation got completed.
- Please check the screenshot for reference
After upgrading Blox, you can download Freeblox GUI by following the below procedure.
Freeblox GUI Upgrade
- Download Freeblox.rar file from the path http://www.allo.com/sbc.html
- Rename freeblox.rar to freeblox.tar
- Extract the archive renamed freeblox.tar file, using following command
- tar xf [download_path]/freeblox.tar
- copy the freeblox-x.xx.xx.x86_64.rpm file to the blox machine
- Upgrade the currently installed freeblox package to the latest one using the command " rpm -Uvh freeblox-x.xx.xx.x86_64.rpm "
- Reboot the system once the upgradation gets completed

Hello Surender
You can create Trunk without registration Mode, all you need to do is leave the user field in the trunk configuration empty and save the configuration.
The server ip address and port will automatically assign in the user field and will work in the without Registration Mode.

Sure, disabling DPI and enabling it might have reset the firewall rules. May be during those changes made for WAN interface could have corrupted mis-manipulated the firewall rules for the WAN settings.
I will raise bug for this to get it fixed. |

Hello,
We need to know how many calls per seconds has been made, also need to know if any message getting rejected by PBX with negative response. Too many negative response can block the IP.
Currently DPI based on IP, not per profile, so it might have blocked the complete IP
Can you check in Freeblox GUI
Security -> Firewall -> Dynamic blacklist IP address
without resetting the DPI
also email us output/log files of following to [email protected], so that we can find the problem

Hello,
For displaying the interfaces in the GUI you need to click on the "Refresh" button in the dashboard network status field.
After refresh the interfaces will appear in the dashboard and you can configure it through Network --> Interfaces--> settings.

So in this case you want to route the call coming from external side again to IPPBX in external side.
A common location for a stand-alone SBC is a connection point, called a border, between a private local area network (LAN) and the Internet. The main functionality of Blox sbc is to ensure your private network secure and fully manageable.
So can you briefly explain what exactly you are trying to achieve with blox in this scenario

You can configure trunks for each sip providers with different port numbers and route it to the ip pbx
