Installation from USB

Hello
after burning the ISO on a USB (using PowerISO) the PC does not recognize this ISO file and does not install the software from the USB.
is this type of installation (ISO on USB) is supported and if so is there a specific procedure to follow ?
most of the PC's today do not include a DVD drive (security issue) and the need to install the software from a USB drive is a must.

Blox ISO is based on CentOS 6.4
You can use ISO2USB and follow instruction similar to flashing CentOS 6.4 ISO image
