Please upgrade your Blox to 1.0.5-2, only freeblox is running with latest version 1.0.5-2. kindly send the your deployment scenario, packet capture and opensips logs to support@blox.org. kindly zip all the files and send it to us.

And Check input files with "Allow IP Overwrite" (lantrace_OK.pcap) and without "Allow IP Overwrite" (lantrace_BAD.pcap)


Connection to the station: Eltex smg1016m
Connection to the station: ISCRATEL Si2000

When connect to Si2000, 'Enable IP Overwrite' is not used. The call works both ways. But the call is slow.

Hi,


Please check the version of Blox Installed by giving command


rpm -qa | grep blox
If the blox version is 1.0.4-8.x86_64 and freeblox version is freeblox-1.0.5-2.x86_64.rpm,

You need to upgrade your Blox machine to 1.0.5-2 version.


If you find the two freeblox version installed, kindly remove both version and install the latest version,
Command to remove the
freeblox rpm -e [freeblox version>]


Command to Install latest version
rpm -ivh [freeblox latest version>]
or
Command to upgrade latest version

rpm -Uvh [freeblox latest version]

Please assign the IP manually to blox using ifconfig, then login into GUI. In Dashboard, Click on the Refresh button in Network Status filed.
Then goto the Network -- Setting, and configure your network profiles.

You can upgrade new version of Blox and freeblox from our website,
Blox: http://blox.org/downloads.
Freeblox: https://www.allo.com/sbc.html

First upgrade Blox from the GUI, goto System-->Package Upgrade
And then upgrade the freeblox from the cli using the command rpm -Uvh [freeblox latest version]

Please assign the IP address manually by using the command "ifconfig eth0 [IPADDRESS] netmask [netmask]", then access the GUI, In dashboard click Refresh button in the Network status. Then goto the Network and configure your interfaces.
