Can we get the packet capture for the response "SIM is out of money" so that we can analysis the trace and inform you. Blox wont check the voice packet response from the GSM gateway carrier, so if there is any negative reply in signalling it can be manipulated.

I an considering using blox but i have a requirement. 1. I have a inbound leg from a Asterisk running A2billing SIP it is sending to 2. a outbound GSM Voice gateway using SIP in the call setup it gets a voice message the carrier saying "the SIM is out of money" 3. We want to route he call to another Voice Gateway using the same dialed number and connect the call for the caller.
Can Blox do this. The call is all g711 no codec transcoding. edited by bloxsupport1 on 8/27/2017 |

Hi folks!
First of all I would like thanks your job. It is really fantastic!. I need a hand with firewall funtionality. I installed blox in a virtual machine and then the gui using de rpm package. The vm have 2 eth, one public and 1 backend connected to my pbx.
I have a trunk and roaming users working perfect.
I would like to add some configurations to the firewall and for example I could not block icmp packages to my public interface...port forwarding is working ok....
What I'm doing wrong? In firewall config a added a rule to block icmp to my public IP

SIP WAN Profile Limitation

Even after a reboot it still disconnects all profiles. It seems to be more with the trunk configuration. There seems to be a limitation after 13 trunks that creates the issue. I can setup 14 profiles without issues, even applying the changes. As soon as I create the 14th trunk and apply the changes all traffic (sip at least) stops. If I remove the trunk it still doesn't connect, but if I remove either the LAN or WAN profile then the traffic flows again. I even upgraded to the newest 1.0.5-2 version. Any ideas?
thx josh
output of following command ?
$ rpm -qa | grep blox
after apply changes can you run the following command and get the output ?
$ ps ax | grep opensips $ opensips -C -M32
please attach share the /var/log/opensips.log to our support email id [email protected] |

Can you try increasing the number of connection for mysql
In file: /etc/my.cnf set max_connections
[mysqld] datadir=/var/lib/mysql socket=/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock user=mysql # Disabling symbolic-links is recommended to prevent assorted security risks symbolic-links=0 max_connections=501
and 'service mysqld restart'
Let us know if it works edited by bloxsupport1 on 9/10/2017 |

Hi, We have resolved your inbound call issue by writing custom script in sip header manipulation by adding the + sign in the Inbound Request URI.

Is there a way to rebuild the firewall rules to a default setting? We backed up our current configuration using Freeblox. We restored the settings to new hardware in Freebox. The last thing we did was change the network settings for the internal LAN and external WAN network cards (different IP addresses). If we "activate" the firewall we cannot get traffic outbound on the WAN side. When we "deactivate" the firewall we can ping websites on the Internet. Sounds like the firewall settings got messed up during the address changes. Any way to reset the firewall settings back to default? |
