Hi

I am trying to setup the Freeblox UI and I have added a WAN and LAN interface, I have also added an External and Internal SIP profile however when I try setup a Media Profile I have no External Interface able to be selected and the IP shows localhost (127.0.0.1) next to that field. I get an error "Invalid. No interfaces to be selected" I have the same problem when trying to create Roaming User where the External SIP profile field has teh same error as well as teh Media Profile field (due to initial issue)

Please can you let me know what may be wrong here?

Hi Doug,

You have not install latest freeblox packages, Please follow the below steps to load freeblox

Download Freeblox.tar file from the path http://www.allo.com/sbc.html

Extract the archive freeblox.tar file, using following command

tar xf [download_path]/freeblox.tar

copy the freeblox-x.xx.xx.x86_64.rpm file to the blox machine

Upgrade the currently installed freeblox package to the latest one using the command " rpm -Uvh freeblox-x.xx.xx.x86_64.rpm

"Reboot the system once the up-gradation gets completed

Regards,
BloxTeam
