Get help with installing and configuring Blox SBC
Method not allowed

Hi everybody,
I'm facing some issues with my setup. It consists of 3 VMs one of them being the Blox SBC. One of the remaining two is used as an external PBX, which would represent a customer. The other VM is suposed to be used as an internal Next Generation Network. The networking itself seems to work as I'm capable to ping the SBC from both, NGN and the PBX, and vice versa. Each interface is located inside its own VLAN. The problem I'm facing right now is, that after configuring the Trunk, the OPTION Messages from the PBX are answered with "405 Method Not Allowed" by the SBC. Do you have any idea what the issue might be here?
Thanks in advance Sebastian edited by Sepp on 8/22/2017

Can you please let us the know the version of blox you are using and also please send us your deployment scenario, so that we can understand your setup better.
Please send us the output of the following command, $ rpm -qa | grep blox $ ps ax | grep blox

Attached you'll find a rough Sketch of the Deployment, though I'm currently running a single SBC without the MGW.

Can you send us the complete packet capture?
$ tcpdump -i any -s0 -w call_capture.pcap
note: after call complete press ctrl+c to stop the trace
You can upload the call_capture.pcap (gdrive) and also upload the backup configuration of the blox, goto Tools-->Administration, click on Config Back-up.
Kindly send us download link to support@blox.org

Hi Sepp:
Did you get resolution on this issue? Would you mind sharing? I am getting the exact same error as you were with a similar design.
Thanks!!

Hi, We have resolved your inbound call issue by writing custom script in sip header manipulation by adding the + sign in the Inbound Request URI.
Thanks
