Is there a limitation on the amount of Sip Profiles that can be added?

I have 13 LAN Profiles and 13 WAN Profiles each using a unique port number that match LAN and WAN. Each client has their own port and thats how we route which incoming call goes to which PBX.

Example: "Sip Profile (A) LAN" uses port 1234 and "Sip Profile (A) WAN" uses port 1234. Everything seems to work fine, but when I add 1 more Sip WAN Profile the other 13 profiles stop working.

You need to map the SIP Profiles using Roaming user

but when I add 1 more Sip WAN Profile the other 13 profiles stop working.

Can you please send us config backup of your settings ?

I emailed you everything back on May 31st. If was a config backup of the system if I remember correctly. Is there a limit on how many profiles we can have? We are looking at close to 100 WAN profiles if possible, or even half that if not.

thx josh

Hello Josh,
Yes we got the config backup but we didnt get the opensips.log (/var/log/opensips.log)
We don't have any limitation, but we find that during opensips process restart it takes longer time based on number of profile and failed to make the opensips up.

Please send us the log file.

Try the following meanwhile and let us know
After SIP profile configuration and "apply changes" try rebooting the system once and verify

Even after a reboot it still disconnects all profiles. It seems to be more with the trunk configuration. There seems to be a limitation after 13 trunks that creates the issue. I can setup 14 profiles without issues, even applying the changes. As soon as I create the 14th trunk and apply the changes all traffic (sip at least) stops. If I remove the trunk it still doesn't connect, but if I remove either the LAN or WAN profile then the traffic flows again. I even upgraded to the newest 1.0.5-2 version. Any ideas?

thx josh

Can you try increasing the number of connection for mysql

In file: /etc/my.cnf set max_connections

[mysqld]
datadir=/var/lib/mysql
socket=/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock
user=mysql
# Disabling symbolic-links is recommended to prevent assorted security risks
symbolic-links=0
max_connections=501

and 'service mysqld restart'

Let us know if it works

Just upgrade to the newest Freeblox and we have a total of 20 profiles now with no issues. The mysql fix was the key. Thanks again.

thx josh
