It is possible to use blox for this situation :
I use a trunk from a operator and must distrbute with TrunkSip to external IPBX. Could this work with blox
VOIP Operator----->Blox-------->IPBX 1
|----------->IPBX2
|----------->IPBX3

So in this case you want to route the call coming from external side again to IPPBX in external side.
A common location for a stand-alone SBC is a connection point, called a border, between a private local area network (LAN) and the Internet. The main functionality of Blox sbc is to ensure your private network secure and fully manageable.
So can you briefly explain what exactly you are trying to achieve with blox in this scenario
