I want my SCB just to be transparent for media streams, no transoding should be done. Do I have to set up a Media Profile?

yes you need to create Media profile, which require interface.
You can create a Virtual IP on Internal(LAN) Interface and use it for creating Media profile

Hi All
I know this is a very old post, but I am having the same query.
I have created the Virtual IP address on the LAN(Internal) interface, but when I go to the Media Profile,
The Virtual Interface does not show up, or under the Transcoding Interface, I can select it though under the Internal Interface,
Could you point me in the right direction.
I have loaded from the current ISO and GUI: FreeBlox 1.0.0.00 44

Hello Norman,
It seems like you are still having the old version.
Can you please send us the screenshots of network settings, virtual ip and media profile configuration. Also please send us the output of "rpm -qa | grep blox" from console
