11/19/2015 Topic: Trouble with Polycom registration bob611

So we have ACME SBC's but I'm looking to Blox to help lighten the load on those systems and as a learning tool for our VoIP techs. While I have no problem getting polycom to register through the Acme SBCs to our Broadsoft system, I can't for the life of me get the same phone/user account register through Blox. Couple of questions: I need to run Blox as NAT as we use private RFC IP's internally on our Broadsoft system while WAN is public IP. I assume that this is configured via the Signaling > SIP Profile menu and setting the WAN interface for NAT? Or do I need to do this via a shell? When I run iptables -t nat -L I'm not seeing any NAT entries. Any other advice as to what to look for in Blox is appreciated.

Thanks for the info...I've created the SIP profile and Roaming profile...guess I need to dig into a bit deeper as to why I can't get the Polycom to register. Initially it looks like the domain is not being passed through the SBC and not sure why as I have domain configured in both SIP in/out SIP profiles.
