Anyone able to get remote users to work?

Unable to get remote users to register to Digium Switchvox (Asterisk).
Created internal/external profiles, media profile, roaming profile, but still can't get remote users to connect/register.
Anyone else have this issue? Fix?

Can you please tell us the version of blox you are using and also please send your network diagram so that we can understand you setup better.
