FreeBlox is truncating my username

My provider gave me a 32-digit random string as a username. After several frustrating days of trying to get service up and running, I noticed that the last digit of my username is being truncated. The username as it was given to me by the provider is:
'589ca85ef4144aedab4c1efe25de8f2e'
which you can see in this image from my admin console:
in the database it appears as:
and it in the SIP REGISTER it appears:
Note that in the last two images the username is missing the 'e' character on the end.
What gives?

Found the issue, its while provisioning, will provide you the update by tomorrow.

Update the firmware and freeblox rpm file and continue your testing
