Also, trying to virtual interface also would not work. Ended up making another additional interface and giving it another internal IP. So my config looks like this: ShoreTel 172.28.202.98 ---> 172.28.202.36(Internal)(Blox)(external)172.28.202.35 --> Fortigate Firewall to Flowroute
5/10/2017 Topic: ShoreTel Dropping Call After 30-40 seconds Ryushin	I think I've successfully set up Blox between my ShoreTel PBX and Flowroute. So my config looks like this: ShoreTel 172.28.202.98 ---> 172.28.202.36(Internal)(Blox)(external)172.28.202.35 --> Fortigate Firewall to Flowroute (using a VIP) But for some reason I think the ShoreTel PBX is dropping the call after 30-40 seconds probably because it's not receiving something its looking for. It now looks like: ShoreTel 172.28.202.98 --> 172.28.202.35(Internal)(Blox)(external)172.28.90.35 --> Fortigate Firewall to Flowroute (using a VIP) Same problem just occurred. I feel like I'm cursed. I'm going to log another packet capture and send it to support@blox.org.
5/11/2017 Topic: ShoreTel Dropping Call After 30-40 seconds Ryushin	Looks like I finally got this sorted out, though I will probably have to test further. So the Blox SBC looks like it will work with ShoreTel and Flowroute. My issue was the SIP Domain configuration in Blox. I had the Internal SIP domain using the internal IP address of the Blox SBC instead of using the IP address of the ShoreTel switch. Creating a new SIP Domain with the ShoreTel switch IP fixed the problem.
5/19/2017 Topic: Flowroute and a Different Media Gateway Ryushin	Outgoing calls are dropping after about 20 seconds. I've ended up moving the Blox external interface to an external non-nat'd IP. Current topology looks like this: (ShoreTel Phones on 172.28.202.0/24) --> (ShoreTel 172.28.202.98) ---> (172.28.202.35 Internal (Blox) External 38.140.120.118) ---> Flowroute I've disabled the firewall in case that was the issue. I'm seeing this in the logs: blox-lan2wan.cfg: sip:361313035201821@65.98.237.158:5060;transport=udp != 216.115.69.144 Response to contact different source and blox.cfg: Mediaprofile stopping the 1 Anyone have any ideas on what I need to configure to allow access to another media gateway and have Blox send the ACK for 65.98.237.158?
