Any idea on what kind of hardware is needed spec wise? For instance, what might a pcengines apu2c2 (AMD Jaguar 1Ghz dual core w/ 2GB RAM) handle, or purhaps a smaller RapsberryPI3 (if campatible..)
ignore transcoding, that can be benchmarked pretty easy.. |

I've installed the ISO and freeblox. I'm not seeing any kind of documentation and I can't see how to allow codecs in the sip policy.. |

OPUS is gaining traction quickly. Unless I'm mistaken, blox is using opensips which does support OPUS. Any chance this can be added in the near future? |

transcoding. Though OPUS is gaining traction quickly, there are many millions of phones ( I have a few hundred ) that will never support it because their hardware can't. Having an SBC transcode OPUS <> G722 so you can get the benefits of OPUS on the connection but utilize older hardware would be very desirable. |

How about in software? I have a number of smaller sites that only peek at a few calls.
also, I sent allo an inquiry on that card and they said it doesn't support opus. |
