How can I open the ports 10000 to 20000 in the blox firewall.

Blox runs with custom made firewall filters and nat
May I know why you need to open range of ports ?

I want to say I'm new in the world of blox.
I use blox to register wan telephones but the calls do not have sounds, so to permit RTP traffic I must open that range of ports.
I would like to know if Blox has another way to do that.
Could you help me to know how can I solve this problem ?
