User Field Truncated to 31 Characters

I am running into an issue where I created a trunk with my SIP provider. The username is exactly 32 characters long and when I look at the Trunk Status screen, I am getting WRONG_CREDENTIALS_STATE.
After hovering over the AOR filed, I noticed that the registration string is truncated to only 31 characters of the username filed. Is there any way to correct this?
