The FreeBlox (Section 5.2) indicates a sip profile may only be used once, however, in (Section 5.4) Trunk Configuration indicates it can be used on multiple trunks. I am unable to re-use the same profile from the web GUI. Is it possible to re-use the same profile?

No,
It must be a typo
A single SIP Profile can't be connected to multiple SIP Trunks
