BLOX not responding to OPTIONS requests

I'm in the process of setting up a Blox based SBC for use with Bell Canada SIP trunking services.
Provider is repeatedly sending OPTIONS messages but they appear to be ignored by Blox.
I've attempted to modify the route statement in blox.cfg to instead reply with "200 OK" rather than "405 Method not allowed" with no luck.
Any ideas team?

You need to edit the script from /etc/blox/blox.cfg.m4
and do apply changes from the GUI which will sync up properly
